How the pilot works
After an initial demo call, selected hotels are onboarded with minimal input required from their team. Phaia handles configuration, training, and setup, including connection to your existing PMS and CRM where applicable.
Implementation typically takes no more than two weeks from the demo call. The pilot runs alongside current operations, without replacing staff or requiring internal development resources. Performance is reviewed throughout the pilot, and hotels decide next steps at the end of the 60 days period — with no obligation or long-term commitment.
